1. US$1 Flash Sale

· During the Campaign Period, each account may purchase one of the four flash-sale products in total. Daily inventory is limited and available while supplies last.

· Flash sales open at 10:00 everyday. Products are valid for 30 days from their effective date. Please use them within the validity period.

· Once a promotional product has been purchased and delivered to the user account, and the service has commenced (i.e., tokens have been credited to the account), it is not eligible for no-reason return or refund, except as required by applicable law. · Refund exception: if a purchased product cannot be used due to a platform technical issue, including inconsistency with the product description, failed delivery or missing entitlement, the user may contact Customer Support within seven days of purchase. A refund will be issued within 7 business days after verification.

· Payment must be completed promptly after a successful purchase. Overdue orders will be cancelled automatically and the quota released.

· Due to high demand and rapidly changing resources, product availability is subject to the actual display on the campaign page.

· SCNet.AI may reasonably adjust these campaign rules and the range of participating products based on actual campaign operations. 2. Token Plan Subscriptions

· Please refer to the campaign page for eligible discounted products.

· During the Campaign Period, if you already have an active subscription plan, any unused quota will remain valid for the duration of your current plan. New plan quotas will be added upon expiry or upgrade of the existing plan. Please note that quota from different plan tiers cannot be combined.

· Discounted products are valid for 30 days from their effective date. Please use them within the validity period.

It brings together multiple mainstream flagship models, works with popular programming and agent tools, and supports use cases such as text and code generation. Usage is measured in unified Credits, enabling flexible access across models and AI tools through a single subscription.

IV. Other Important Terms

· To the extent permitted by law, SCNet.AI may interpret these campaign rules in good faith and in accordance with their original purpose. Any amendments will be announced on the campaign page at least 24 hours before taking effect.

· In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks and system failures, the platform may suspend or terminate the Campaign.

· If a user engages in any of the following violations, the platform may cancel the user’s eligibility and rewards, reclaim issued benefits, close related orders, and restrict or terminate the account:

(1) Obtaining campaign eligibility or benefits through improper means, including infringing third-party rights, cheating, disrupting systems, cyberattacks, bulk registration or simulated clients;

(2) The same user repeatedly claiming the same benefit or participating in the same limited-purchase campaign through multiple accounts;

(3) Exploiting campaign loopholes for improper gain;

(4) Using virtual numbers, SMS receiving platforms, emulators, multi-instance tools or automation scripts to participate;

(5) Any other conduct that, in the reasonable judgment of SCNet.AI, violates the principle of good faith, including but not limited to abusive use, circumventing platform rules, or actions detrimental to SCNet or other users.

· All Campaign rewards are non-cashable and non-transferable.

· Users with questions or disputes regarding the Campaign or a refund may contact Customer Support at any time regarding the Campaign or a refund. For fastest resolution, we recommend contacting us within 15 business days of the relevant event. The platform will respond within seven business days after receiving the appeal.
